We're weird and proud of it, slavishly devoted to great food and cold beer, and nothing makes us happier than seeing people look around our restaurants and say 'dang'.
Ray Kroc. of McDonalds. Howard Johnson, of Howard Johnsons. Senior Bell, of Taco Bell. All men whose names are etched on the American landscape because they believed in providing consistently consistent consistency, constantly, at every location. Kinda like us. But not really. Because while we remain wholly dedicated to making every visit to every location just as great as your last visit, we are not some cookie cutter “sameness” machine. Oh sure, the pizza tastes great everywhere you go, and bottled beer, well, is bottled beer – but each and every mellow mushroom has a different vibe. And it's all good.
